Salmon Fillet with Leeks and Dill
Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

cup chopped leeks
|

1/2
|
cup white wine
|
|
2
|
tablespoons chopped fresh dill
|
|

tablespoon TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
|
|

tablespoon lime juice
|
|

teaspoon salt
|
|
1

(2-pound) salmon fillet
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine leeks, wine, dill, TABASCO® Green Sauce, lime juice and salt in small bowl.

|
Place salmon fillet on large piece heavy-duty foil, bringing up edges. Poke holes in salmon fillet with fork. Carefully pour wine mixture over salmon. Completely enclose salmon in foil, crimping foil to seal edges completely. Place in large baking pan; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
