1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Add Worcestershire; cook 2 minutes.
2. Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese on each half of rolls. Broil 30 seconds or until cheese begins to brown. Layer roast beef and onions on bottoms of rolls. Cover with top halves.
