tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2
teaspoon dried oregano
1/4
teaspoon red pepper flakes
3
ounces whole mushrooms, quartered
1/2
cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2
cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1/2
cup seeded diced tomato
1/2
cup sliced pitted small black olives
8
slices smoked provolone cheese
2
tablespoons grated Parmesan and Romano blend cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook until browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Drain fat.
3. Line prepared dish with pizza dough. Spoon sauce evenly over dough; sprinkle with basil, oregano and pepper flakes. Layer with sausage, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, tomato, olives and provolone cheese. Roll down sides of crust to form a rim. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bottom and sides of crust are golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese blend; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
