Connecticut Bean Skillet
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 pound hot Italian sausage links, sliced
1/2 pound Polish sausage links, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans (16 ounces each) pork and beans
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE® Stewed Tomatoes - Original Recipe
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
   
Prep Time 7 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
1. Brown sausages and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve with tossed green salad and Boston brown bread, if desired.
