In large bowl, layer ingredients in the following order (use entire quantity unless otherwise noted): 4 cups pasta, 1/2 cup Romano cheese, chickpeas, celery, carrots, salsa, 4 cups pasta, 1/2 cup Romano cheese, apples, pears, tomatoes, onion, cannellini beans, cucumber and Cheddar cheese.
Cover with salad dressing. Let stand 15 minutes before serving or cover and refrigerate to serve later.
