pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
cup soy sauce
tablespoon minced fresh ginger
tablespoon minced garlic
tablespoon vegetable oil
cherry tomatoes (optional)
cups hot cooked rice
Slow Cooker Directions
Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
