Ingredients:

cup olive or vegetable oil

1/4
cup white wine vinegar

clove garlic, pressed

1
teaspoon salt

1/2
teaspoon black pepper



Preparation:
1.
Mix all ingredients in tightly covered jar. (Dressing can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.)
