Lemonade
Makes 1-1/2 quarts lemonade

Nothing tastes as good as old-fashioned homemade lemonade on a hot summer day.
 
Ingredients
1 cup Time-Saver Sugar Syrup (recipe follows)
1-1/3 cups squeezed lemon juice
4 cups water
   
Prepare Time-Saver Sugar Syrup. Combine Time-Saver Sugar Syrup, lemon juice and water. Mix thoroughly; serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
Time-Saver Sugar Syrup
Makes about 2 cups syrup
 
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
   
Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature; strain through sieve. Refrigerate until chilled.
