Fudge Nut Glaze
Ingredients
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1-1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/3 cup HERSHEY'®S SPECIAL DARK® Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'®S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup chopped MAUNA LOA® Macadamia Nuts, hazelnuts or pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
   
1. Combine all ingredients except nuts and vanilla in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Cool 10 minutes; stir in nuts and vanilla.
