Garlic Herb Chicken and Rice Skillet

boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)

box UNCLE BEN'S® COUNTRY INN® Chicken Flavored Rice

cups frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

|
cup garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese

1. In large skillet, combine chicken, water and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
|
|
2. Add rice, vegetables and cheese. Cook covered 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
