Ingredients

beef chuck shoulder roast (3 to 4 pounds)

|
package (1 ounce) dry onion gravy mix
|
|
1
|
package (1 ounce) mushroom gravy mix
|
|
1
|
package (1 ounce) au jus soup mix
|
|
3
|
cups water
|
|
|
Assorted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions and celery)
|

Slow Cooker Directions
|
|
1. Place roast in slow cooker. Combine soup and gravy mixes and water in large bowl. Pour mixture over roast. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.

2. Add vegetables. Cover; cook 4 hours more or until meat and vegetables are tender.
