Dress 'em Up Ginger People
Makes 4 dozen cookies
Kids will love to dress these folks up for the holidays in "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits.

Ingredients
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup dark molasses
1 large egg
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water
1 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits

In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in molasses and egg. In medium bowl combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cloves; add to creamed mixture. Wrap and refrigerate dough 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Working with one-third of dough at a time on lightly floured surface, roll to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out gingerbread people using 3-inch cookie cutters. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks. In small bowl combine powdered sugar and water until smooth. Using icing to attach, decorate cookies with "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Store in tightly covered container.
