Spanish Pork Chops

pork chops (about 1 pound)
(6.8-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI® Spanish Rice
tablespoons margarine or butter
(14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops 3 minutes on each side; set aside.
In same skillet, sauté rice-vermicelli with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.
Slowly stir in 2-1/4 cups water, tomatoes and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Add pork chops; return to a simmer. Cover; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender and pork chops are no longer pink inside.
