Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1
pound bratwurst links, cut into 1/2-inch slices

1-1/2
cups green bell pepper strips

1-1/2
cups red bell pepper strips

1-1/2
cups sliced onions

1
teaspoon paprika

1
teaspoon caraway seeds



Preparation:
1.
Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bratwurst; cover and cook about 5 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in center. Transfer bratwurst to plate. Cover and keep warm.

2.
Drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from skillet. Add bell peppers, onions, paprika and caraway seeds. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3.
Combine bratwurst and vegetables. Serve immediately.


Serving Suggestion: For a special touch, garnish dish with cherry tomato halves and celery leaves.Tip: To make this even speedier, purchase a packaged stir-fry pepper and onion mix and use in place of the bell peppers and onions.
