1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Scoop out inside of potatoes into medium bowl, leaving thin shells. Mash potatoes with sour cream and butter until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into shells.
2. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese, onions and paprika, if desired. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
To bake potatoes quickly, microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
For added Cheddar flavor, substitute French's®Cheddar French Fried Onions for the original flavor.
