Twice Baked Potatoes


Ingredients
3 hot baked potatoes, split lengthwise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  Dash paprika (optional)
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 22 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Scoop out inside of potatoes into medium bowl, leaving thin shells. Mash potatoes with sour cream and butter until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into shells.
2. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese, onions and paprika, if desired. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
 
Tip   To bake potatoes quickly, microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
 
Variation   For added Cheddar flavor, substitute French's® Cheddar French Fried Onions for the original flavor.
