Herb-Crusted Roast Beef

Ingredients

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix
|

1/2
|
cup plain dry bread crumbs
|
|
1/4
|
cup I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread, melted
|
|

|
tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
|
|
1
|
(3- to 4-pound) top round, rump or eye round roast
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine soup mix, bread crumbs, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and mustard.
|
|
2. In 13×9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange roast on rack. Press soup mixture onto roast.
|
|
3. Bake uncovered, 1-1/2 hours or until done. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
