1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and pepper in medium bowl; mix well.
3. Spoon into manicotti shells. Place in ungreased 12×7-1/2-inch baking dish.
4. Combine tomato paste and water in small bowl; pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
