SPAM™ Vegetable Hash
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
   
In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion in butter until tender. Stir in potatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are lightly browned. Stir in SPAM®, peas and carrots, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
