teaspoons grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Combine turkey, 1 cup French Fried Onions, water chestnuts, bread crumbs, egg, stir-fry sauce, Frank's RedHot Sauce and ginger in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
Broil patties 6 inches from heat, or grill over medium coals, 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve on buns. Top with remaining 1/3 cup onions and lettuce.
