Leprechauns treasure "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits!
 
Ingredients
1 package (18.25 ounces) any flavor cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
1/2 teaspoon water
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
6 tablespoons butter, softened
3-3/4 cups powdered sugar, divided
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  Blue food coloring
1 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
   
Prepare and bake cake as directed on package for 13×9-inch cake. Cool cake completely on wire rack. In small bowl combine water and food coloring. Add coconut and stir until evenly tinted; set aside. In large bowl cream butter until light. Add 2 cups powdered sugar; beat until fluffy. Blend in 3 tablespoons milk and vanilla. Beat in remaining 1-3/4 cups powdered sugar until frosting is smooth. Add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, if necessary to make frosting spreadable. Tint frosting desired shade of blue. Frost cake and decorate with tinted coconut and "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits as shown in photo.
