Garden Pasta Salad
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) fresh tri-color rotini or shell macaroni
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 zucchini, chopped
1/4 to 1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
   
Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions; drain. Place pasta, tomatoes and zucchini in serving bowl. Add enough dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Add parsley and pepper; toss lightly. Serve warm.
