Citrus Glazed Ham Steak
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
2 fully cooked ham steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1/3 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup honey or molasses
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
   
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
1. Remove fat from edges of ham steaks with sharp knife.
2. Combine mustard, honey and orange peel in small bowl. Brush on ham.
3. Place ham on grid. Grill over medium-hot coals until steaks are glazed and heated through, basting often with mustard mixture. Serve warm.
