Vegetables & Wild Rice


Ingredients
2-1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Roasted Garlic
1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
   
PREP TIME none
COOK TIME 30 minutes
COOK: CLEAN: Wash hands. In medium skillet, combine water, butter, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover tightly and simmer 15 minutes. Add corn and simmer 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in tomato and bacon. Sprinkle with green onions.
SERVE: Serve with garlic toast, if desired.
CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
