Ingredients:
2
cups biscuit baking mix

1/2
cup milk

1
egg

1
teaspoon vanilla

1
cup fresh or frozen blueberries

6
fully cooked breakfast sausage links, thawed if frozen

Maple syrup, warmed



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk baking mix, milk, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in blueberries. (Batter will be stiff.) Spread batter into prepared pan.

2.
Cut each sausage link into small pieces; sprinkle pieces over batter. Bake 22 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into squares; serve with maple syrup.
