pound unbreaded fish fillets, thawed if frozen

cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. In small saucepan, prepare cheese sauce according to package directions using 1-1/3 cups milk. In 12×8-inch or 13×9-inch baking dish, combine vegetables and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions; top with fish fillets. Pour cheese sauce over fish and vegetables. Bake, covered, 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
