Hawaiian Turkey Kabobs
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound thin turkey cutlets
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
2/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
   
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Cut turkey into thin strips. Thread turkey accordion-style alternately with pineapple and vegetables onto metal skewers. Combine mustard, honey and ginger in small bowl; brush onto skewers.
Place skewers on grid. Grill over hot coals 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center, turning and basting often with remaining mustard mixture. (Do not baste during last 5 minutes of cooking.) Serve warm.
