Rocky Road Popcorn Balls
Makes 12 popcorn balls

Ingredients

cups unbuttered popped popcorn, lightly salted
|
|
2

cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
|
|
1-3/4
|
cups peanuts
|
|
1/4
|
cup (1/2 stick) butter
|
|
4
|
cups miniature marshmallows
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In large bowl combine popcorn, 1-1/2 cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and peanuts; set aside. Place remaining 1/2 cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits in shallow bowl; set aside. In large saucepan over low heat combine butter and marshmallows until melted, stirring often. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture; stir until well coated. Form popcorn mixture into 12 balls; roll in "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Store in tightly covered container.
