Trick or Treats
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Yield: Makes 12 (1-cup) servings
Ingredients:
12
cups popped corn

1
pound bacon, fried crisp, drained and broken into 1-inch pieces

1
can (12 ounces) mixed nuts, toasted

1/2
cup sunflower seeds, toasted

4
tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and divided

3
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Preparation:
1.
Combine popped corn, bacon, nuts and sunflower seeds in large bowl. Drizzle mixture with half the butter. Sprinkle with half the cheese; toss. Repeat with butter and cheese. Serve warm.

Cook's Notes: For a quick and easy way to toast sunflower seeds, use the stove-top method. Spread the seeds in a large dry skillet. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring the seeds or shaking the pan frequently, about 4 to 6 minutes or until the seeds turn golden.
