BelGioioso® Fontina Melt

Ingredients

loaf Italian or French bread
|
|

fresh tomatoes, cubed
|
|
|
Basil leaves, julienned
|
|
|
BELGIOIOSO® Fontina Cheese, sliced
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Cut bread lengthwise into halves. Top each half with tomatoes and sprinkle with basil. Top with BelGioioso Fontina Cheese. Place in oven at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
