1. In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken, turning occasionally, 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from skillet; cut into strips.
2. In same skillet, combine chicken and Ragú Cheesy! Double Cheddar Sauce; heat through.
3. On serving platter, arrange layer of tortilla chips, then 1/2 of the sauce mixture, bell peppers, onion and tomato; repeat, ending with tomato. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro and shredded lettuce.
Recipe Tip
For a spicier dish, add chopped jalapeño peppers or hot pepper sauce.
