Broccoli with Creamy Lemon Sauce
Yield: Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:

tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise

tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons reduced-fat sour cream

tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk
1
to 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

teaspoon ground turmeric
1-1/4
cups hot cooked broccoli florets
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except broccoli in top of double boiler. Cook over simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve over hot cooked broccoli.
