1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in Ragú Cheesy! Double Cheddar Sauce, mustard and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through.
2. Turn into 2-quart casserole; evenly top with mashed potatoes. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until potatoes are lightly golden.
Recipe Tip
When making mashed potatoes, use Idaho or all-purpose potatoes for marvelous flavor and texture. Heat the milk before adding it--this minimizes any starchiness.
