Crispy Parmesan Pita Chips

Ingredients

rounds (6-inch) pita bread, split open
|
|
1/4

cup margarine or butter, melted
|
|

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
1

teaspoon dried parsley flakes
|

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush inside of pitas with margarine.
|
|
2. Cut each circle into 8 wedges and place on 2 large baking sheets. Combine cheese and parsley; sprinkle evenly over wedges. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
