Ingredients

cups cooked angel hair pasta, chilled
|
|
2
|
cups chopped peeled plum tomatoes
|
|
1
|
can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped* ripe olives, drained
|
|
1

cup Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing (recipe follows)
|
|
1
|
(3-ounce) STARKIST Flavor Fresh Pouch® Tuna (Albacore)

cup chopped fresh basil leaves
|
|
*If you prefer, the olives can be sliced rather than chopped.

In large bowl, combine chilled pasta, tomatoes, olives and 1 cup Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing. Add tuna and basil leaves; toss. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

cup red wine vinegar
|
|

tablespoons lemon juice
|
|

|
to 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
|
|
1
|
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
|
|
|
Salt to taste
|
|

cup olive oil
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Slowly add oil, whisking continuously, until well blended. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
