Snappy Salsa Dip
Makes 12 servings (1-1/2 cups)
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon lime juice
  Tortilla chips or assorted fresh vegetables (optional)
   
Prep time 5 minutes plus refrigerating
Beat cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add salsa and lime juice; mix until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables, if desired.
