SPAM™ Veggie Pita Pocket
Ingredients

(7-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
1
cup chopped broccoli
1
cup chopped cauliflower
1
tomato, chopped
1
carrot, peeled and chopped
1/3
cup chopped cucumber
1/3
cup finely chopped onion
1/2
cup Italian salad dressing
4
pita pocket breads, cut in half
In large bowl, combine SPAM®, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, cucumber and onion. Toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Spoon salad mixture into pocket bread.
