medium onion, cut into wedges
|

cloves garlic, minced
|
|

teaspoons curry powder
|
|

tablespoon olive oil
|
|

boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced 1/4 inch thick
|
|

can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE® Stewed Tomatoes - Original Recipe

cup seedless raisins
|
|

can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE Whole New Potatoes, drained and cut into chunks

can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE Cut Green Beans, drained

|
1. Cook onion, garlic and curry in oil in large skillet until tender, stirring occasionally.
|
|
2. Stir in chicken, tomatoes and raisins; bring to a boil.
|
|
3. Cover and simmer over medium heat 8 minutes. Add potatoes and green beans.
|
|
4. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
