Shrimp and Black Bean Wraps


Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
   
Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap tortillas in foil; place in oven 10 minutes to warm. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir until pink. Mash 1/2 cup beans in medium bowl; stir in remaining beans, shrimp, tomato, green onions, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. To assemble, place 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, tucking in sides.
