Fresh Garden Dip
Makes 3-1/2 cups

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups fat free or reduced fat mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups shredded DOLE® Carrots
1 cup DOLE® Broccoli, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  DOLE® Cauliflower Florets or Peeled Mini Carrots
   
Prep Time 15 minutes
Chill Time 1 hour
Stir together mayonnaise, shredded carrots, broccoli, green onions, dill and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended.
Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables. Refrigerate any leftovers in airtight container.
