cup mashed cooked sweet potato (1 large sweet potato baked until tender, peeled and mashed)

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture is size of small peas. Add orange and lemon peels, sweet potato and honey; mix well. Add enough milk to make soft, but not sticky, dough. Knead 3 or 4 times on lightly floured surface. Pat dough to 1-inch thickness and cut into 2-1/4-inch rounds; place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
