Greek-Style Cucumber Salad
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream or sour half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  Lemon juice (optional)
   
1. Place cucumber, green onions, dill and garlic in salad bowl.
2. Combine sour cream, salt, pepper and cumin in small bowl; stir until blended. Stir sour cream mixture into cucumber mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice to taste, if desired.
