Baked Tilapia with Roasted Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

head garlic
|
|

tablespoons French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
|
|

tablespoons mayonnaise
|
|
1-1/2
|
pounds tilapia fish fillets or other firm white fish
|
|
1-1/3
|
cups French's® French Fried Onions
|

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut off bottom end of garlic head. Wrap garlic in foil; bake 45 minutes or until soft. Remove foil and let cool 10 minutes. Squeeze out pulp from softened cloves.

2. Combine garlic pulp, mustard and mayonnaise; mix until smooth. Place fillets in greased shallow baking pan. Tuck thin portion of fish underneath. Evenly coat fillets with garlic mixture. Bake 6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flaky.

3. Sprinkle with French Fried Onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden.
