Chicken-Pesto Pizza
Prep and Cook Time: 22 minutes
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:

ounces chicken tenders
Nonstick cooking spray
1
medium onion, thinly sliced
1/3
cup prepared pesto
3
medium plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1
(14-inch) prepared pizza crust
1
cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut chicken tenders into bite-size pieces. Coat medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; cook and stir chicken over medium heat 2 minutes. Add onion and pesto; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Arrange tomato slices and chicken mixture on pizza crust to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle cheese over topping. Bake 8 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
