On stovetop or in microwave oven, steam carrots and raisins, if desired, until carrots are tender; drain. Stir in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, honey, lemon juice and ginger, if desired. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with almonds.
