Chocolate Root Beer Float
Makes one (12-ounce) serving
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons HERSHEY'®S Cocoa
1 tablespoon hot water
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  Cold root beer
   
1. Stir together sugar and cocoa in 12-ounce glass; stir in water.
2. Add ice cream and enough root beer to half fill glass; stir gently. Fill glass with root beer. Stir; serve immediately.
