Ingredients

|
pound 90% lean ground beef
|
|
1
|
clove garlic, minced
|
|
1
|
teaspoon vegetable oil
|
|

ounces snow peas, halved lengthwise
|
|
1
|
red bell pepper, cut into strips
|
|
1
|
can (15 ounces) baby corn, drained, rinsed
|
|
1
|
tablespoon soy sauce
|
|
1
|
teaspoon sesame oil
|
|
|
Salt and black pepper
|

cups cooked rice
|

1. Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet 6 to 8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add garlic; cook until tender. Set aside. Wipe out wok with paper towel.

2. Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add snow peas and red bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
