Makes 4 main-dish or 6 side-dish servings (about 2 cups dressing)

Crunchy Onion Layered Salad with Dilly Dijon Dressing


Ingredients
Layered Salad
4 cups washed and torn salad greens
8 ounces boiled ham, cut into cubes
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper (green, red or yellow), seeded and chopped
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 package (9 ounces) frozen peas, thawed and drained
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
Dilly Dijon Dressing
1 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk or whole milk
1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
   
Prep Time 30 minutes
Layer salad ingredients in 3-quart straight-sided glass bowl. Combine Dilly Dijon Dressing ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Spoon over salad just before serving. Garnish as desired.
 
Tip   For extra-crispy flavor, place French Fried Onions on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
