Ingredients

cup powdered sugar
1
tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1
tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water
3/4
teaspoon vanilla extract
In medium bowl combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in water and vanilla; mix well.
