boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces

tablespoons vegetable oil

large green bell pepper, cut into strips

cup sweet and sour sauce
1/8
to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
3. Stir-fry chicken in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in center. Add green pepper and reserved pineapple juice; stir-fry 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
4. Add sweet and sour sauce, red pepper flakes and pineapple; stir-fry 3 minutes or until heated through.
5. Spoon rice onto serving plate; top with chicken mixture. Garnish, if desired.
