pound thin boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch strips

package (16 ounces) frozen stir-fry peppers and onions

cup stir-fry sauce

cup thinly sliced green onions
1. Cook rice according to package directions; keep warm.
2. Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warm.
3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; stir-fry 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
4. Add peppers and onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce and water. Reduce heat and simmer gently 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
5. Place 1/4 cup cooked rice in center of each tortilla; top with 1/4 cup beef mixture and about 1-1/2 teaspoons green onions. Fold in both sides of tortillas; roll up tightly from bottom, keeping filling firmly packed. Slice each wrap diagonally into pieces.
Serving Suggestion
Chopped peanuts can be sprinkled over the beef filling with the green onions, if desired.
